As a school policy, we only include teachers that meet our standards. We believe that going through training does not necessarily produce “a teacher.” We believe that teaching is a talent and a passion and this is what we look for when hiring teachers. Our teachers are also not simply individuals who transfer information to our students; but who serve as role models which our students are taught to emulate on multiple levels.
