Quranic Sciences

Purpose

The purpose of our Quranic Sciences program is to enable our students, by the permission of Allah, to recite, memorize and understand the words of Allah (SWT). The Quran is the words of the Creator of the Heavens and the Earth and therefore the most important to know and understand. We want to create a love and attachment in the hearts of our students to the book of Allah.

Recitation

For recitation, students use Alqaidah al Nouraniya, a world renowned methodology of properly learning to recite the Quran. More proficient readers recite directly from the Quran. Beginners focus on understanding lessons related to the last 10 or 15 suras of the Quran. More proficient readers will memorize the frequently occurring Quranic vocabulary words. This will open the gate to further study of Arabic grammar and understanding in future years Insha Allah.
